In line with our stated objective of filling the quality gaps in the Ugandan coffee industry, and our commitment to ensuring that every order meets the full satisfaction of our customers, we decide to start with a smaller production capacity. This has so far paid off because it has allowed us to strictly control and monitor all the processes involved in the harvesting, gathering, processing, and exporting, including the supply chain. Once the desired quality is achieved consistently, without the need to rectify non-conformance, we plan to scale up the production capacity to a stage where EZANA would be recognized as the number one supplier of choice by our Western World customers.

Hence our current supply capacity is 40 tons of Coffee per month during the harvest months. Our hard work is starting to pay off as our initial shipments have attracted excellent customer feedback with a very satisfied customer from the USA.
